02Data we collect
When you create your account — this information is required:
- first and last name;
- phone number, used as your login identifier;
- WhatsApp number;
- email address;
- country and city of residence;
- password, stored only in encrypted form and never readable by our teams.
From your account area, you may add optional information: profile photo, identity document, experience with digital assets, investment objective and horizon, accepted loss capacity, source of funds.
When you carry out operations: subscriptions, deposits, withdrawal requests (beneficiary name and number), wallet movements and messages sent to support.
Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, login dates, failed login attempts and chosen language.
03Why we use your data
- create your account, activate it and let you sign in;
- verify your identity and secure access to your account;
- process your subscriptions, deposits and withdrawal requests;
- send you the verification codes required for your operations;
- keep you informed by email of the progress of your requests;
- respond to your support enquiries;

05Who has access to your data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Access is limited to:
- authorised members of our team, strictly within what their role requires (processing requests, support, security);
- our technical service providers acting on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, maintenance — bound by confidentiality obligations;
- the competent authorities, where a legal obligation requires it.
The beneficiary number you provide for a withdrawal is passed to the mobile payment operator you selected, in order to execute the payout.
06How long we keep your data
- Account data: kept for as long as your account remains open.
- Financial operations (deposits, withdrawals, wallet movements): kept after the account is closed, for the period required by applicable accounting and legal obligations.
- Login and security logs: kept for a limited period, for evidential and fraud-detection purposes.
- Verification codes: they expire after a few minutes and are never stored in readable form.
Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
07Security and cookies
We implement measures designed to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and disclosure: encrypted passwords, multi-step verification for withdrawals, temporary lockout after several failed login attempts, logging of sensitive operations and restricted internal access.
The site sets a session cookie required to keep you signed in and to remember your language. It is essential to the operation of the service and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for profiling purposes.
We will never ask you for your password or a verification code, by phone or by message. Any such request is an attempted fraud: please report it to us.
