Transfers & withdrawals
Manage your transfer requests easily from your dashboard. Withdrawals can be made to the Mobile Money services available on our platform, once the security checks have been validated and in accordance with the platform's processing procedures.
Mobile money transfer methods
Six mobile payment methods are offered for withdrawals:
The 3-step journey
Request entry and verification
Your transfer request is recorded and verified: the selected mobile money method and the amount indicated are checked in your personal area.
Security confirmation
A one-time security code (OTP) is requested to confirm that you are the origin of the request and to protect your account.
Compliance check and execution
After the applicable security and compliance checks, the transfer is executed to the selected mobile money method and the status of your request is updated.
Tracking your withdrawal request
Your withdrawal request has been recorded. It is currently undergoing the applicable security and compliance checks. You will receive a notification as soon as it has been processed.
No unlocking fees
A withdrawal is never subject to the payment of "authorisation fees", "unlocking taxes" or separately sold codes. Any applicable fees are known and accepted before the request.
